    Pay what you can! I don't want money to be a barrier to women getting the help they need. Times are tough. You deserve this.

    If you could spend an hour in total each day, doing the exercises, reading the articles, incorporating the suggestions and assimilating the habits, you would experience remarkable progress. If you had longer, there's enough content to keep you busy. But if you had just TWENTY minutes a day, you could really make a significant change. However long you have, it's better than nothing, and (I hate to break it to you) you probably won't have much more time in the future than you do now, unless you are just about to retire!
